EXPERIENCE
Prior to Winchester Consulting Group, Mr. Snyder was and continues to be, a director at Chorus Consulting, LLC. in Houston, Texas. He has over 40 years of experience consulting to law firms and corporations on litigation e-discovery and information governance matters. Throughout his career, Kirke has worked with over 200 clients. Prior to Chorus Consulting, LLC, Kirke co-founded LECG’s and FTI's “Litigation e-Discovery Practices” and served as Director of Litigation Information Consulting at Deloitte & Touche in Houston, Texas.
Mr. Snyder has earned a J.D. degree, and M.S.L.A. degree in legal administration, and he has been certified as an Information Governance Professional. He has been a court recognized e-discovery expert and he has provided e-discovery training for numerous organizations including: ARMA International, The Colorado Bar Association Litigation Section and the international law firms of Greenburg Traurig, and McKenna, Long & Aldridge (now part of Dentons).
EXAMPLES OF INFORMATION GOVERNANCE EXPERIENCE
· Interviewed the client’s key custodians (e.g., Tax Finance, Legal, HR) regarding their document retention requirements and regulatory issues
· Trained department Record Coordinators about protecting and maintaining their records
· Drafted corporate records retention policies and U.S. record retention schedules

· Collaborated with client’s IT team to select an appropriate application and migrate records to the records repository application
· Recommended a strategy for reducing on-site and off-site storage of hardcopy documents
· Led a project to review and save vs destroy the contents of 1,000’s of boxes of documents at an offsite storage vendor

· Assessed legal hold protocols for multiple clients and drafted updated practices
· Assisted a “rocket docket” judge to streamline the discovery process for 18 simultaneous latex glove litigations with multiple plaintiffs and multiple defendants
· Managed an e-discovery data collection as a court-recognized expert
· Led a team of computer forensic experts imaging hard drives and collecting data at a client location in China. This engagement required using foreign language translation software to defend a U.S. Federal Court antitrust litigation
· Led a team of technologists to collect and analyze data relevant in a global forensic accounting investigation
· Led a team of technologists to collect and analyze data relevant in an SEC investigation
· Led a team of technologists to collect and analyze data in support of a business insurance claim
