EXPERIENCE

Ms. Barry has over 15 years of experience in general financial advisory services. Over the years, she has worked with companies ranging from start-ups to those with a market capitalization over $700 million. She provides transaction and litigation services such as business valuations, business reorganizations, solvency analysis, fresh start accounting, mergers & acquisitions due diligence, forensic accounting, and fraud analysis. 

Ms. Barry also offers many CFO-for-hire services such as capital budgeting and forecasting, liquidity management, financial reporting process consulting, and internal controls auditing and consulting. She has cultivated a client approach to provide unique communication, reporting and analysis based on each client’s needs and expectations.

Prior to her years as a contract consultant, Ms. Barry spent several years at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, then moved to Capstone Advisory Group where she focused on corporate bankruptcy consulting. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Finance from American University and an MBA from George Washington University. In addition to her CPA, she also holds the professional designation Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV).
